Applications are accepted online only. This form, with all required items completed, must be submitted online no later than May 1, 2026, in order for the applicant to be considered for a scholarship award. In addition, two reference letters are required. If you have copies of your letters, you may upload them with this application form. Otherwise, the writer of any reference letter which is not included with the application form must either (1)submit the letter to the Academy by email no later than May 1, 2026, or (2)mail the letter directly to the Academy early enough to ensure its arrival by May 1). Email and postal addresses for the Academy are included on the form in the Character References section.

We are looking for personal stories from students on value decisions which face all of us and define who we are: (CHOICE 1) You were asked to participate in a community service project as part of your graduation requirements. What was your project? What specific things did you do? How many hours did you work? How did you feel about your project? Do you feel that your work contributed to the community? Why? Would you recomment this activity to others? Why? How did it change you? OR (CHOICE 2) Everyone faces challenges. In your life, what major issue do you currently have (or have you had in the past)? How did you face the problem? What were your choices? Do you feel that you were able to face the problem and take action to solve it? How did the solutions change you?
